Grassland Mongolian Hot Pot was founded in 2006 after the founder visited Mongolia. After multiple refinements and improvements, the most authentic dining culture was introduced to Taiwan. The soup base is meticulously made from fresh chicken broth, with the addition of red dates, cumin, dried chili peppers, white cardamom, and dozens of other Chinese medicinal herbs. For 20 years, the concept of Chi Guo has been known far and wide for its lingering aroma.
